Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. This dual-role position transitions between receptionist and administrative responsibilities, including assisting leadership with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing messages and calls appropriately.
- Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and students, ensuring a positive and efficient experience, following our procedure for visitors.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail packages following our procedure.
- Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety security of school premises_
- Maintain tidy professional reception area_
