- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Nissan Benelux. Identify target markets, consumer segments, and key value propositions to enhance brand positioning and market presence.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire one marketing professional, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the marketing department.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve marketing objectives. Monitor expenditures, track campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data and leverage consumer behavior insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and regional marketing teams, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
- Marketing Operations: Streamline and optimize marketing processes and workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Implement marketing automation tools and technologies to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership. Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Ability to identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and industry trends.
- Leadership skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing marketing teams. Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management, integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, and market research. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies is a plus.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and derive actionable insights.
- Results-oriented: Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results. Ability to prioritize initiatives, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
