Tree Energy Solutions (TES) is a green hydrogen company supplying carbon-neutral energy on-demand at industrial scale.

The aim is to become a global leader in the future energy space and to provide Europe with renewable, affordable, and secure energy to diversify supply options and to help achieve the Net Zero agenda.

TES's prime objective is to accelerate the energy transition by leveraging existing technologies to reach customers with green hydrogen, green gas and green power to accelerate the phase-out of fossil fuels and to adopt a circular carbon economy.

To diversify its supply, TES is developing its portfolio in strategic locations across the Americas, Middle East and Australia.

To deliver on its ambitions TES is currently building a world class top management team. In parallel the organization is growing from 50+ employees today to several hundred by the end of next year.


What you will do:

We are currently establishing a strategy office within the Strategic Delivery & Growth Team that will be the brain behind TES' growth and help shape the agenda in terms of business model, resource allocation, financing and organizational capabilities.

The Strategy Office will define strategic priorities and translate them into initiatives to implement within the organization.

As Corporate Strategy Associate you will support to drive the vision of TES to execution and shape the organization for future growth and IPO.

As a Corporate Strategy Associate you will work closely with senior management as part of the strategy team and will be responsible for:

• Establishing strategic priorities and translating them into specific actions
• Conducting financial, market and technical analyses to support strategic decisions
• Developing project plans and supporting key stakeholders in their implementation
• Developing KPIs and tracking project progress and defining escalation and support needs
• Reporting on progress to Senior Management
• Coordinating with external stakeholders such as consulting firms, investment banks & law firms

Location:

Brussels office and home office


Who you are:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in economics, engineering, natural science or other relevant domains with outstanding academic results
• First experience in toptier strategy consulting
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problemsolving and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel; expertise In Python & databases are strong assets
• Experience and knowledge of the Energy Market and/ or Sustainability is a strong asset
• Ability to process and present large quantities of information, as well as structured thinking
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work independently as well as in teams
• Ability to travel (mostly NW Europe, but also North America and Middle East)
• Excellent English skills
