About Our Client:

Our client is a large international pharmaceutical player located in Zaventem.

Job Description:

As Sales Support you are responsible for:

Coordination of the entire order to cash process. You provide support from order processing and follow-up to shipping, invoicing and after sales
You will support the Key Account Managers in all administrative tasks and work together on a strategy to best serve specific customers
Benelux market
You are an important connection between internal organization and the customer

Contact with other departments (sales, marketing, supply chain, logistics...)

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Sales Support is:

A real team player
Already have a first experience as sales support
Full knowledge of MS Office tools
You are familiar with CRM packages such as MS Dynamics and ERP systems
You are handson and know how to set your priorities
You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of English.
