For our growing production site located in Brussels (Neder-Over-Heembeek) specializing in sterile technologies, we are currently looking for a
Packaging Supervisor.

The
Packaging Supervisor has the overall responsibility for the organization and supervision of activities related to the packaging shift.

The role

Day to day responsibility of the Packaging shift
Review & follow departmental KPI's (people, safety, quality, delivery & cost) in line with the site objectives;
Perform initiation and investigation for deviation
Follow up of CAPA
Responsible for the product flow of the Packaging Unit
Assure a safe working environment and take appropriate actions when needed + followup.
Introduce safety culture within the Packaging Business Unit.
At regular intervals provide feedback to the employees of the Packaging Business Unit
In charge for implementing a culture of right first time, continuous improvement & patient first
Coach/train their team to improve them
Master degree in production, sciences, engineering
Minimum 5 years in a similar function in a pharmaceutical industry or other manufacturing environment
Responsible & consistent decision maker, with respect of different interlinked area's
Operational knowledge of production procedures (safety guidance, Operational cGMP rules and regulations).
Good knowledge of English and French (both spoken and written)
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERPs
Strong leadership and people management skills
Analytical mindset and structural way of working
Hands on with eye for detail
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Willing to continuously improve/learn (build vision)
Able to work in shift (6h14h/ 14h22h)
