Job Summary:


For the position of Commercial Assistant Terumo Interventional Systems at our Rueil-Malmaison office near Paris, France we are looking for a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

In this role you will play a crucial part in the support of the TIS Commercial VP's operations, administration and logistics, ensuring efficient business processes.


Responsibilities:


You will be organising the VP's Team staff meetings, both local and regional and meetings with the broad team, both live and in video conferences.

You will support the business VP's team projects by coordinating and booking conference rooms, preparing and compiling material for meetings while ensuring follow up, reminders and compilation of documents needed.

This also includes liaising with team members in a professional and timely manner to gain information required to effectively communicate delegated instructions to various levels of managers.

This to ensure that the organisational and logístical aspects of all sales meetings, both internal and external are taken care of in a rigorous manner.

We expect a proactive approach to the follow-up of meetings, action points and other deliverables within the TIS commercial organisation.


You will be managing invoices for department cost centres as well as accruals, including vendor and PO creation, follow-up of payments for internal meetings and budget tracking.

You will also handle the VP's Expenses Reports.

Additionally, all tasks related to office management in the Rueil-Malmaison office will also be part of the role and would take up approximately 20%.


Profile Description:


We are looking for someone that shows maturity, and aptitude to grasp the essence of various issues quickly and correctly.

Someone with a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy. In this role you will need the ability to work independently and set priorities, embrace and promote change.

We are looking for someone who is both organised, able to structure work duties and to hold all levels of team members accountable when it comes to deadlines or deliverables.

A problem-solver who is solution-oriented and who can handle and prioritise a high workload. Occasional travel (2-3 times a year) for this role could be required.


Offer:

We offer a role in support of 2 senior leaders in the TIS commercial organisation. Respectively for the VP Direct Sales and VP Indirect sales/Distributors Markets in the EMEA region. Additionally, we provide a competitive salary with additional benefits in line with local regulations.

There is flexibility between home-office and presence in the Rueil-Malmaison office with an average requirement of 2-3 days in office.
