- Assist in the preparation of the annual in-year Business Execution Plan (BEP) and follow-up and the Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR);
- Assist in the preparation of the workforce planning and execution;
- Assist in analysing budgetary data and identifies significant trends and deviations for short and long term planning purposes;
- Support in Performing in-year reviews of DCSU financial execution;
- Support monitoring DCU's Financial dashboards covering all sources and types of funds;
- Support in Managing and reporting against DCSU's portfolio of services, projects and other work;
- Support with execution of DCSU recruitment activities.
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline;
- Experience in financial management within a customer-funding environment;
- Experience in planning, preparation and production of budget submissions;
- Experience in budget execution and resource management;
- Experience in preparing, conducting and reporting using statistical sampling methods;
- Knowledge and experience in enterprise resource planning systems, project management processes, procedures and tools.
- Ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets;
- Experience using ServiceNow, MS Office Suite;
- Working experience in data analytics, MS Excel pivot tables, power BI, graphical representation of business data.
