    Billing & Collection Specialist – International Law Firm – Belgium

    As part of a collaborative and high-performing environment, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance and supporting sustainable revenue growth across the business.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Act as a trusted financial partner to Partners, supporting billing accuracy, revenue optimization, and effective collections management.
    • Lead the preparation and coordination of WIP and Debt meetings, ensuring proactive follow-up and strong working capital control.
    • Manage end-to-end billing and collection processes within your portfolio, ensuring timely invoicing and cash recovery.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for commercial and collection-related matters, escalating issues where required.
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Commercial Assistants, Pricing Specialists, Legal Project Managers, and international Order-to-Cash teams) to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence.

    Your Profile

    • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with solid understanding of billing, collections, and the order-to-cash cycle.
    • Experience in a similar Billing, Credit Control, or Collection role, ideally within a professional services or international environment.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior professionals.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of financial systems such as GetPaid, InTapp, or Oracle is an asset.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch and/or French are strong advantages.
