Nature and scope
The Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in execution and, depending

on the case, also in supply.


Depending on the type of project, the Project Manager relies on internal resources to ensure that the project runs smoothly (design office, purchasing department, site supervision, etc.) but may also carry out some of these tasks himself.

The main objectives are to ensure that the results are in line with the budget, that deadlines are met and that customers are satisfied.


Main responsibilities
In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Handling relations with the client from the establishment of the project acknowledgement to the final acceptance of the installation
  • Supervision of the project team
  • The commercial relationship with the client in the context of his project
  • Organize meetings with the client, partners and subcontractors
  • Participate in meetings and contract reviews
  • Define the project framework with the definition of external and internal partners
  • Define the communication channels with the client, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Contractual and financial management (including amendments and quarterly budget review)
  • Coordination of the study and work schedule
  • Followup of the execution of the studies with the support of the design office
  • Establishing and monitoring the project schedule and transmitting the schedule and its updates to the client
  • Manage the interfaces Site/Head Office during the installation and commissioning
  • Ensure a correct reporting, measure the project progress and highlight the risks with be able to make some proposals.
  • Respect the EHS culture and be aware that is very important.

Profile

  • You have years' experience in industrial project type EPC in an international company, partners.
  • You have an engineering background
  • You have experience in Team management and in management of Multientity environment
  • You are familiar with SAP, Workspaces,
  • You are customer oriented and have a good commercial sense;
  • You are precise, resultsoriented, organized and plan your work rigorously
  • You are a real "people manager", you show leadership and are able to manage multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of English is essential.
