Purpose:
Is responsible for the facilitation, alignment and follow up of cross Clusters -initiatives
Determines the standard way of working on LSE-level for the different domains, ensure channel alignment
Ensure the integrity of LS&Co OTC business practices by monitoring key processes as well as providing training and leadership to both LS&Co and Wipro business partners
Facilitates process improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders in the organization
Look for and pursue opportunities to develop and grow the business through effective use of technology and efficient/appropriate business processes - with an emphasis on converting manual processes to automation
Creates a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence
Executes quality & compliance controls
Act as a liaison between LS&Co (OTC/Finance/IT) and Wipro
Gathers data insights & shares them with relevant stakeholders in
- and outside customer service
Leverages the best practices across the Clusters
Ensures SOP's are current, and processes are documented
Integrates with key partners to resolve issues
Monitors agreed KPI's and identifies areas for improvements, drive optimization in one of the methods like Lean Six Sigma or similar, adheres to agility and customer experience
Key Results:
Alignment of critical business capabilities with technology roadmap and key business milestones
Prioritized demand for technology and resource capabilities between business partners with business case and cost / benefit analysis
Business requirement documentation and user test cases for strategic and operational initiatives
Strong partnerships across the matrix - spanning business units (OTC/RTC/RTR/IT) and geographies (LSA/LSE)
Understanding of variety of processes, priorities and project status across OTC, Finance, and IT business functions
Drives process optimization, provides insight to digitalization and process automation

Key Business Partners - LS&Co retained OTC/FICO/IT / Planning organizations, Wipro contractors, Cognizant IT contractors
Key Responsibilities:
Participates in short
- and long-term planning sessions with Wipro and LS&Co business partners to improve business processes. Documents discussion and agreements.
Liaises with Wipro and LS&Co business partners in order to provide technical and/or strategic solutions within OTC and related process tracks. Analyzes business workflows to address problems and inefficiencies.
Periodical review and best practice sharing sessions to continuously improve the ways of working
Identifies opportunities to streamline, consolidate, and automate manually intensive processes, which are onerous and error prone.
Manages priorities of technical projects and requests within OTC (both Wipro and LS&Co). Assesses business needs and recommends options, risks and cost vs. benefits.
Conducts feasibility studies and drafts proposals for evaluation by appropriate users and managers. Develops and assists in the presentation of business cases.
Provides OTC and Finance business leadership on SAP enhancement projects.
Develops test cases and validates results during SIT/UAT testing of projects. Ensures business results are adequately tested with mínimal risk.
Acts as first point of escalation for technical problems with the OTC and Finance business processes (for both LS&Co and Wipro). Investigates, resolves and escalates problems as appropriate.
Promotes an understanding of OTC roles, processes and activities to the business units. Acts as an advocate for proper business practices. Manages customers' expectations.
Writes and maintains adequate documentation to support and describe current work processes.
Drives improvement in LS&Co audit resiliency by educating business partners and conducting quality reviews.
Develop and publish routine and ad-hoc Analytics and Insights reporting focused towards: Market and Customer dynamics, OTC Performance Tracking and Capacity planning.
Gathers data insights in order to increase order conversion ratio, team efficiency & support for improvements of CCC cash conversation cycle.
SME (Subject Matter Expert): participate and contribute to answer questions about business processes, SAP, and related system functionality and reporting within assigned area. Participate and lead where appropriate OTC SME Projects/Initiatives as directed by GCC OTC Lead.
Contribute to Frictionless Operations initiatives and priorities to meet Customer Expectations
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
10+ years in a corporate environment required; apparel industry preferred. Order Management experience preferred.
5+ years' experience with SAP/S4 HANA on Order to Cash system preferred
