    KONE has an exciting opportunity for a Labor Lawyer & Social Relations Specialist. As a member of the People & Communications team, which also includes the cross-functional Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Performance & Remuneration, Learning & Development), your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing legal support to HR and the Business stakeholders
  • Management of disciplinary sanctions (analysis of facts, drafting of letters)
  • Management of other departures: redundancies, negotiated departures & transactions
  • Support and assistance with the management of bodies such as works councils, CPPT and internal/external meetings with social partners
  • Preparatory work for drafting and negotiating company agreements
  • Legal research/social and regulatory monitoring
  • Litigation management

    • We are looking for

  • Master's degree in Labor Law, or experience in similar employment law/Human Resources functions, in an industrial or service environment, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • A generalist approach to HR, with good knowledge of individual and collective labor law.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and interest in teamwork
  • You are fluent in Dutch & French
