This Belgian start-up focuses on innovative zero-waste yogurt concepts for hotels, organic stores, espresso bars, and healthy quick-service restaurants


Their goal is straightforward:
to reinvent yogurt consumption for a more enjoyable, surprising, and, most importantly, sustainable experience.

In an early-stage context, they are seeking their Head of Product Engineering to:

• Lead the transition from prototype to large-scale production of yogurt dispensers.
• Work closely with the founders, external engineering firms, and experts.
• Enhance the prototype (V1) into an advanced version (V2) with improved features and added value for customers.

Vos missions

• Product Development: Oversee the creation of the V2 prototype and initial smallscale production.
• Supplier and

Producer Engagement:
Identify potential partners for larger production quantities.

• Quality Management: Ensure hardware product quality, implement quality control measures, and obtain certifications.
• Team Coordination: Manage external engineers and interns to expedite development.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek better supplier alternatives to enhance product quality.

Vos compétences

• Dynamic, detailoriented, entrepreneurial, and solutiondriven.
• Ability to establish connections between individuals and organizations.
• Proficiency in French, Dutch, or English; knowledge of two or all three languages is advantageous.
• Previous experience in R&D and hardware production; openness to learning and experimentation.
