Skills, knowledge, experience required:


  • Extensive experience in developing solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow REST API's;
  • Experience with:
  • ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management;
  • ServiceNow's MID Server, Flow Designer and App Engine Studio;
  • Oracle Linux;
  • MySQL;
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform (DM, CSM, GRC and CIM);
  • Knowledge of Standard Automatic Data Processing;
  • Advanced knowledge of Word Processing;
  • Working knowledge of Spreadsheet, Graphics Presentation and Email clients/Web Browsers;
  • English 3333 (Listening, speaking, reading and writing).

Duties/role:


  • Providing specialist support contributing to the technical support of the NCIA ServiceNow platform, especially on DM, CSM, GRC, and CIM;
  • Managing and administering ServiceNow modules (DM, CSM, GRC, CIM) in line with SSBA guidance and in coordination with other Service Lines;
  • Developing scripts and solutions to support the operation and maintenance of ServiceNow modules (DM, CSM, GRC, CIM);
  • Developing and providing guidance for the creation and management of ServiceNow reports;
  • Acting as thirdline support on ServiceNow and collaborating with other lines of support;
  • Supporting the implementation of additional ServiceNow modules.
