We are looking for
IT End Users Engagement Lead who is a natural strong communicator, with an innovative and enthusiastic mindset, to come join our fantastic
IT Services team,
based in Belgium.

As
IT End Users Engagement Lead you are responsible of the IT services catalog in the self-service platform (MyWorkplace), covering end users and back-end services.

You connect with IT and business stakeholders to continuously improve user experience and promote self-services channel adoption. You act as a business analyst to translate requirements, building a bridge between the business and IT.


Who you'll work with:

As the IT End Users Engagement Lead you will work with End Users, Internal and External Stakeholders.

And you will be part of the IT Service Team such as the local IT Infrastructure Insights Lead and the local IT Services Excellence Lead.

You report directly to the Head of IT Services.


What will you do:


  • Owning the selfservices catalog (MyWorkplace) covering end users and backend services
  • Managing the IT / Business demand and control quality delivered by external partner
  • Acting as a business analyst to translate requirements
  • Driving and promoting the IT Services & Infrastructure strategy amongst all stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement of the platform by listening to the "voice of the customer"
  • Using your strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem resolution skills to lead key initiatives / projects
  • Playing the role of IT Softwares owner for "corporate" software's

Interested? For this position you'll need the following
education, experience
and skills:

  • Experience in IT Services Management (ITSM) platform like ServiceNow or ITSM
  • Interest in new technologies trends in Services management and more specifically in "user experience"
  • Experience in managing IT projects
  • Experience in software management process
  • Ability to plan and understand OPEX/ CAPEX mechanism
  • Solid communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues (SMEs) and clients both at a highlevel and at a technical level
  • Ability to develop productive business relationships with internal team members through cooperation, courtesy, and professionalism
