    Do you also love fries and are looking for a new challenge? Our client is a leading player in the production and development of potato-based delicacies. Due to further growth of the Wielsbeke site, we are looking for a 2-shift packaging operator.

    What will you do?

    • You will be responsible for setting up, starting up, operating and converting fully automated packaging lines.
    • During the process, you will monitor the proper operation of the packaging lines, if necessary you will critically question their operation and suggest improvements to your team leader.
    • You solve malfunctions or pass on the correct information to our technical colleagues.
    • You always have an eye for quality while performing your job and carry out the necessary checks.
    • Fulfilling additional tasks in function of the department's needs (cardboard, cleaning, rework, forklift truck, foil, etc.).
    Profile
    • You have an A2 education in a technical field or have a strong affinity for engineering or equivalent through experience
    • You are quality-conscious, have clear technical insight and a first experience with automated packaging lines is a plus
    • You have a first experience as an operator
    • You have an affinity with food
    • You have strong communication skills and a flexible attitude
    • You are an authentic team player and a champion of cooperation
    • You are willing to work in a 2-shift system
