For our plants in Zeebrugge Terminal (ZT) and Dunkirk Terminal (DT), we are looking for an LCI Technician.


Job description:

As an LCI Technician, you will have a wide range of tasks that have a crucial impact on proper operational functioning, especially in all our
modification and improvement projects:

  • You support the Modification Project Supervisors and Technicians in adapting
    all relevant documentation and generating the necessary numbering of our internal documents;
  • You accurately take care of the uploading of
    all projectrelated documentation in our internal documentation Project Management system (PIMS system). You monitor the status of the documentation process and make adjustments where necessary. You follow up closely and support the team where necessary;
  • You maintain a
    highlevel overview of the documentation to be adapted in our
    SAP system;
  • You carry out
    quality checks on the documentation supplied;
  • At the end of the project, you take care of
    the transfer of the documentationfrom the Project Document Management System (PIMS) to our document management system (SPO);
  • You report to Asset Improvement Manager.

Professional requirements:


  • You have a bachelor's degree in a
    technical and/or administrative field or are equivalent through experience;
  • You are
    administratively very strong and have a good
    technical knowledge/understanding;
  • You have
    excellent communication skills; you ensure that information, which are important for other process clients in ZT/DT or Gassco, are transferred in time and good quality;
  • You are
    stress resistant and don't mind to work with
    deadlines;
  • You have an open mind, perfectly fitting in an improvement culture, according to
    our internal Gassco standards and procedures;
  • You work fluently with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of SAP, SPO and/or PIMS are a plus;
  • You speak fluently
    English. Dutch and/or French are a plus.
