Job description
We are looking for a customer support coordinator for an Asian food distribution company located in Hoeilaart.


Your tasks:

• You provide support to existing and new customers.
• You fill in paper work to evaluate customer contracts.
• You resolve administrative issues with customers.
• You handle complaints of clients.

Profiel:

Your profile:

• You have 5 years of experience working in a similar position.
• You have experience in a customer service environment
• You have a very good knowledge of English and a good knowledge of Dutch and French.
• You have good administrative skills
• You are able to calmly handle stressful situations
• You are able to work autonomously and in a team

Aanbod:
The company offers a long term position in an international context. You will start with an interim contract and when this is succesfully completed you receive a fixed contract. They offer an interesting salary with meal vouchers.
