Job description:
- At Amaris Consulting, we are looking for a seasoned Workspace Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Belgium. This opportunity is perfect for those with 1 to 5 years of experience in the field, seeking a challenging role in a fastpaced, international environment. This position is a fulltime, Undetermined Duration Contract, requiring immediate availability.
- Resolve userreported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
- Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the problem management database.
- Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team.
- Document solutions to common problems and responses to frequently asked questions.
- Contribute to technician knowledgebase as needed.
- Assist in the development of a comprehensive training program for users.
- Ensure the Workspace Support Technician team is meeting and exceeding performance expectations, defined metrics/benchmarks.
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
About You
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a Workspace Support Technician or in similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English.
