Looking for a Admin support willing to learn end-to-end supply chain process

_ Agent__ will play a key role optimizing Cx (customer experience) by monitoring all incoming questions related to logistic execution and securing a correct and timely solution and communication. He/She will perform analysis on incoming requests and work together with key internal
- and external stakeholders in the End to End order fulfilment process to continuously improve our service delivery._

  • He/She will report into the Mgr EMEA OFCOE (Order Fulfillment Center of Excellence) within the Markets Logistics Organization._

Your responsibilities:


  • Monitor and manage questions related to logistics execution
  • Monitor internal questions raised to the Market Logistics organization based on case management tool
  • Act as a trusted expert to provide an answer to the request or guide the question to the right stakeholder
  • Timely follow up and communication on open items
  • Build knowledge database & FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) based on gained expertise
  • Perform Analysis and propose continuous improvement to E2E Order Fulfillment process
  • Perform analysis of incoming requests on regular basis
  • Propose continuous improvement initiatives over the EndtoEnd Order Fulfillment process
  • Collaborate with key stakeholder on the roll out of approved CI initiatives
  • Assure professional communication, keeping in mind Cx (Customer Experience) and E2E process optimization

Key stakeholder are:

  • Other stakeholders contributing to the E2E OF process
  • Carriers and forwarders
  • Customer Care Organization
  • Supply Chain community: Materials Distribution organization, Supply Chain Planning, Markets Logistics
  • Provide ad hoc support to monitor inbound flows and support back up activities in the team

Your profile:


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent by experience
  • Proven insight in the E2E Order fulfillment process and its supporting tools and systems
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Action oriented problem solver, working as one team around the customer
  • Well structured and good organization skills
  • Continuous improvement
