As a Warehouse worker with forklift experience and reachtruck experience, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by efficiently and safely handling materials, products, and inventory. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a forklift or reachtruck to move, stack, and organize items within the warehouse. In addition you will also be involved in various general warehouse tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.
You will be responsible for handeling materials, products, and inventory in a safe and efficient manner.Your duties will also include loading and unloading products, with a particular focus on ensuring proper stacking, labeling, and storage. It will be your responsibility to conduct regular equipment checks and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips or invoices. You will play a vital role in organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas, making sure that products are correctly labeled and systematically arranged for easy retrieval.
Performing general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and restocking shelves will also be part of your role. Keeping accurate records of inventory movements will be crucial to ensure that the database is always up-to-date. It is imperative that you strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
