About the role

We are looking for an intern to join ICF's Policy Consulting and Implementation (PCI) Division for an initial period of six months.

PCI brings together 250+ specialists in public-policy-related consulting, from advisory, research and evaluation work, through to the implementation of large-scale programmes, networks and initiatives.

They cover a wide range of policy areas, including climate, energy, employment, education, migration, gender equality, health, urban development, to name a few.

Clients span Europe and Asia, including the European Commission and European Union (EU) executive agencies, UK and other national governments, international and regulatory bodies, and non-governmental organisations.

As part of ICF's commitment to fostering a purpose and values-driven culture, PCI has set up an innovative community of employees tasked with facilitating collaborative and inclusive behaviours and practices across many teams and offices.

These employees are known as 'Cultural Brokers' and act as key change agents within the business.

Their work has reached a scale and positive traction that an intern is now needed to offer day-to-day support and coordination for the whole community.
