Business Analyst I


Overview:


Mastercard is a global technology company and the Technology team is central to building and delivering our products, services and technology to our customers.

Mastercard Technology is responsible for a broad set of technology capabilities including Markets and Localisation, Corporate Security and Payment Networks.

The Technology Europe team is looking for a Business Analyst, Governance and Resilience to support the regional regulatory requirements. This role sits within Markets and Localisation and will report to the Governance and Resilience Manager, Europe.


Responsibilities:


  • Acting as the central point for assessing incident alerts
  • Understanding regulatory reporting requirements for the region
  • Supporting improvement activities related to customerimpacting incidents
  • Creating metrics in support of regulatory reporting
  • Working and partnering extensively with other internal teams (eg Business Operations and Regulatory Affairs) and supporting key stakeholders
  • Actioning tasks associated with increasing operational resilience for customers
  • Being part of a dynamic and motivated team, highly dedicated to service excellence and meeting deadlines

Experience:


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be a team player, always looking for potential solutions to solve problems
  • Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships
  • Have an interest in payments and technology
