For our communications agency working in the European area, we are looking for a administrative to take care of the office and the administration.


Required skills and experience:

- excellent knowledge and use of general accounting (costs, revenues, VAT)
- foreign payments (worldwide) - correct currency conversion
- vat management
- previous experience in business administration
- excellent knowledge of the English language
- excellent computer skills
- ability to work both independently and in a team
- preferable experience in economic-financial reporting of projects co-financed by the European Union
- office management
- relations with the payroll office
