Functieomschrijving

Design, implement and manage the European network architecture for Mazda.
The European network encompasses the following domains, amongst others:

Design the European Network architecture.
Acquire the overall view on the network landscape
Design, based on this insight, the optimal network landscape for Mazda in Europe.
Verify the design with all parties involved (Mazda architects, MSP architects, architects from other Mazda regions...)
Jointly design the network architecture with the MSP's for the Cloud and the End User Workplace.
Together with the operational teams, implement the designed architecture.
Support the different teams and MSP's during the implementation process
Create the necessary documentation.
Manage the network architecture.
Participate in the ARB (Architecture review board) and thus maintain the relationship with other architects to ensure that the network architecture fits with the global IT architecture.
Define the standards that will be used as guideline in the ARB when reviewing new initiatives.
Participate in the operational meetings and provide insight and guidance towards the colleagues and MSP's.
Support colleagues and MSP's with operational issues.
Continuously watch the market and trends in your field of expertise to be able to come forward with opportunities and solutions that are future proof and fit for Mazda.
