Role Purpose**Warehouse Team is responsible for operating the Central warehouse based in Zaventem, Belgium for receiving, storing, and shipping telecommunication equipment and other stock for supporting various departments within EXA for the network build and support as well as delivering services for our internal and external Customers. The Role of a Storema has an important role in EXA Supply chain logistics cycle for receiving, storing, and shipping spares and build stock to expand and maintain the company network.


Key responsibilities**- Receiving Purchase Order of items from Suppliers - accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity), recording in the inventory system, labelling, and moving to the designated locators within the storage areas.

• Receiving used recovered equipment accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity), works with Logistics team to record in the inventory system, labelling, and moving to the designated locators within the storage areas
• Pick internal orders (Requisitions) and perform shipments receive orders in the inventory system, collects the required parts, safely packs, and records the information in the inventory system.
• Shipping places orders to the shipping companies, couriers, and freight forwarders, prepares the required paperwork, records the information in the inventory system.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers

• Perform stock counting

• Using the stock system and reports to do spot checks and complete warehouse counts.
• Report any inventory discrepancies.
• Participate in the warehouse storage continuous optimization relocates parts, relabels new locations and parts, reorders and repacks.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Work Guides and procedures, Company Safety Rules, Health & Safety Legislation and Environmental Standards
• Assistance is provided to other team members when needed.

Individual
Profile

• As advantage will be considered previous experience in warehouse and ERP or Inventory systems
• Work from Parts Lists, Written Procedures and Guides
• Has basic knowledge with MS Excel spreadsheets
• Advantage will be considered ability to operate forklift, but is not mandatory
• Ability to work accurately & quickly to meet deadlines
• Has a strong attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate English
