THE JOB
- As a
business development manager, you will function as a
transformation facilitator for your clients, meaning you will inspire them with a
digital strategy that you
translate into a
commercial offer. - You build
longterm relationships and
guide them through
digitalization and
transformation tracks
. You pursue innovative endtoend solutions**, leaning on the specialists and experts of the Cronos network. - You focus on
objectives and quality while developing a
longterm growth strategy for your clients and your organization.

- You have a
broad knowledge of the
Microsoft landscape (365, Azure, and Dynamics) and more than 10 years of
experience in the
IT industry. People see you more as a
tech guy than a sales guy, but you're an
absolute storyteller** above all. - On a
strategic level, you proactively
identify challenges and
obstacles and know how to
connect them with the right
solution or
service.
Together with your clients, you make sure
the right offer is on the table to
establish a
longterm relationship
- Make sure your
administration skills are
on point; within your position,
you will handle multiple projects, so creativity in handling everything is of key importance. - You have good knowledge of
English and
Dutch (speaking and writing); every other language is a plus
