    As a Restaurant General Manager at Our Client, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our restaurant operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including crafting restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and training restaurant staff, ensuring impeccable food quality, curating menus, and providing exceptional service to our valued guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Overall Restaurant Management: Take charge of the entire restaurant operation to ensure seamless functioning.
    • Guest Satisfaction: Deliver superior guest services, prioritizing guest satisfaction as the ultimate goal.
    • Loyalty Programs: Strategize and develop guest loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
    • Menu Innovation: Create and update menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
    • Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive restaurant marketing strategies to attract and engage patrons.
    • Community Engagement: Actively participate in local food events to promote our establishment.
    • Customer Relations: Efficiently address customer inquiries and concerns, aiming for swift resolution.
    • Staff Supervision: Organize and supervise shifts, manage and lead the restaurant team, and oversee hiring and training processes.
    • Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate staff performance to maintain high service standards.
    • Inventory Management: Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and monitor inventory levels.
    • Cost Control: Implement cost-control measures to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
    • Positive Work Environment: Foster a positive and collaborative working environment for the restaurant staff.
    • Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations and take corrective actions as needed.

    Profil

    • Experience: 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
    • Customer Service: 10 years of experience in customer service management, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
    • Food and Wine Knowledge: Possess extensive knowledge of food and wine to guide menu selection and pairings.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and restaurant management software.
    • Event Planning: Experience in event planning to facilitate special gatherings and promotions.
    • Leadership Skills: Exhibit strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial management to ensure the restaurant's fiscal health.
    • Problem-Solving: A critical thinker with effective problem-solving skills.
    • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team.
    • Time Management: Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both guests and staff.
    • Education: Culinary school diploma or a BS degree in Business Administration.
