We have an offering in electric vehicle charging and energy management. We have an international scope and are a (very) fast-growing team.

To support our global expansion we are looking for an in-house attorney.

In this new role, you will be shaping the growth of our legal department and be the main contact person for legal matters.

You will operate from Belgium but will work with colleagues and clients globally. As
legal
counsel, you will report directly to the CFO.

In short, you will:

Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements. Including vendor, customer, partner agreements.
Advice our commercial teams when they negotiate contracts and act as a pragmatic, trusted solution driven advisor.
Manage contract templates across the globe.
Assist management team in various legal matters.
Assist in the management of the legal aspect of the Company's Intellectual Property, including trademarks and patents.
Manage of all signed contracts : compliance, renewal, termination,...
Support sales team with completing public tenders.
Manage external legal advisors.
Set up scalable processes and procedures with the business.

Requirements:

Law degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Successful experience leading negotiations on complex and highvalue agreements.
Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment
Experience in a fast moving, international environment is a plus
