an Application / Cloud Architect (ACA) for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics)
in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

Main Responsibilities
As
an Application / Cloud Architect (ACA) you will be responsible for:

Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
Data analysis and data modelling;
Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers;
Production of software architecture documents;
Participation in technical working groups and meetings with the users;
Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting;
Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate them in the cloud.

Profile and level

The required profile is Application/Cloud Architect, up to Level 7 as specified under DIGIT TM II, Lot 2.

Specific expertise

Java EE 7 or higher;
Java frameworks: Spring data 2.x, Spring 5.x, Spring Security 5.x, Hibernate 5.x, Spring Boot 2.x;

- iText 7;

Junit 4.x;
Liquibase 3.x;
Oracle RDBMS 12.x;
Quartz 2.x;
Web services (WSDL, SOAP, REST, etc.);
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA);
Java Message Service (Queues and Topics);
Grails and Apache Groovy.

Languages

The consultant has to be fluent in English. Documents will be written in English.
