As an intern you will be part of the Data & Project team of Sales Operations.

This young & dynamic team aims to create a data-driven organization where data is the basis for all decisions and actions taken to ensure business growth and increase user satisfaction.

Your task will be helping to realize this by participating and taking responsibilities in various projects working closely with other teams and department members:

Organizing and leading all the activities of the projects: determining and defining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects;
Building a constructive relationships with the different stakeholders while managing changes and conflicting priorities;
Being in charge of the reporting to the Management and to our customers, on the progress, performance, risks and opportunities of all projects;
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables;
Create and implement a clear communication plan in order to provide transparency in the progress, findings, and results for senior stakeholders;
Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience;
Analysis of data from SAP, CRM and various other databases (trainings will be provided).

Profiel

You are currently studying business, computer science or similar fields and have experience in analyzing data. Preferably you have gained some practical experience and you are confident in working with Excel. Prior experience with SAP / ERP is a plus. You have good communication skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore you are very well organized and you can work independently on a deadline.

A very good knowledge of English is mandatory, knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus.

We offer an internship of 6 months with possibility to extend to 1 year.

Aanbod

If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University/College and you have to do a mandatory internship you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College outside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 939,60/month.
