Job Purpose and Impact:


The Learning and Development Deployment Manager will provide expert thought leadership and partner collaboratively with the global learning and development leaders and corporate partners to handle the global learning and development portfolio, key processes, team operations and annual business and budget planning.

In this role, you will be responsible for program management of the learning and development governance strategy, lead the learning and development governance council, consult with various stakeholders and provide quarterly reporting.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Serve as a project manager for strategic initiatives within the learning and development space, influencing and driving change management to ensure efficient implementation, stakeholders remain informed and engaged and timelines and budgets are maintained.
  • Consult with learning and development leaders to plan, administer and review activities regarding team management processes including, capability building, team communications, agile resourcing across projects and initiatives talent management and organization development.
  • Provide thought leadership and influence to ensure our portfolio of learning offerings meet targeted objectives and strategic goals of the organization.
  • Provide expertise to monitor and review end to end learning and development core processes to ensure effective implementation and identify continuous improvement and optimization opportunities across the learning and development operating model.
  • Lead the contract management process in collaboration with leaders and the procurement team ensuring value is created for the organization.
  • Plan and facilitate budget processes, the monthly portfolio and prioritization meeting and key team meetings involving related leadership and learning and development global teams.
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong project management, communication and influencing skills
  • Experienced in working with commercial teams and to connect with leaders
