BUSINESS ANALYST (M/F/X)

Full Time

Functie:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and thirdparty vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for various systems, such as retail ecommerce, CRM, marketing automation, and others.
Evaluate and analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different systems by working closely with thirdparty vendors and partners.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of integrated systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues related to the integrated platforms, working collaboratively with thirdparty vendors as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in various system domains to propose innovative solutions that enhance business operations, including potential thirdparty integrations.
Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and implement system enhancements and customization based on business requirements and thirdparty integrations.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system specifications, considering the various systems and thirdparty integration requirements.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate endusers on the effective use of integrated systems, including any thirdparty components.

Profiel:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong understanding of various systems, such as retail ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and others.
Knowledge of software development methodologies and the ability to work closely with development teams and thirdparty vendors.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and system specifications.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools.
Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including thirdparty vendors and partners.
Adaptability in a young and fastgrowing company.
