Lead regional supply chain activities including demand planning, new product launch planning, inventory planning, and supply network planning.

Ensures strong alignment with global/regional partners on key S&OP touchpoints for BWI


Facilitates the regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for BWI with marketing/sales and commercial finance in order to align market and financial requirements with manufacturing/Supply capabilities.


Builds collaboraive relationship with the European Distribution Center by supporting inbound/outbound/inventory forecast and driving corrective actions to help improve inbound/outbound metrics.

Works with Demand planning and marketing groups to make customer allocation decisions by analyzing historic demand, available supply and customer prioritization, in line with our CREDO


Responsible for achieving annual EMEA inventory business plan ($ and DOS), setting safety stock levels, leading inventory tracking processes and reconciliation (i.e.

actual vs. plan), and identifying/implementing inventory reduction opportunities.


Responsible for SLOB (slow moving and Obsolete stock) reporting and projections, as well as identifying and implementing SLOB mitigation plans.

Supply chain partner of EDC QA performing aligned actions on the items in QA cage.

Forms relationships with key stakeholders including Commercial, Product Management, CLS, External Operations, Quality Finance, Regulatory and demand and supply partners

Participates into the New Product Introduction and Portfolio optimization processes.

Leads regional and participates in global allocation process in case of a temporary shortage.


Ensures development of Supply Chain team, develops and maintains objectives, development plans, performance reviews and succession plans for all associates.

Responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

Qualifications:


Experience:


Fast learner with high level of personal initiative and ability to function autonomously with a strong sense of urgency, self-confidence, and comfort with new and rapidly changing situations and complex environments.


  • Ability to manage time against projects and priorities,
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Capable of working with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work optimally in a cross functional team environment strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in English

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS .

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology or Finance).

Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain / Materials Management, with a track record of delivering outstanding business results.

Minimum 2 years' experience in demand, inventory, supply network planning, supply planning and/or materials management is required.

Experience in People Management.

Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.

Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to make effective business presentations.


Must be able to work on multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, while acting in a decisive manner and demonstrating a bias for action.

High sense of urgency, adaptable to meet rapidly changing priorities.

Experience in scenario planning is strongly preferred.
