Job Description:
As HR Support Officer - Poolstok, you play a crucial role in supporting our consultants and clients in the public sector during selection procedures and streamlining HR processes. You will be responsible for various tasks within the selection process, contributing to the efficiency and optimization of our services.

This includes:
- Organizing different procedures such as scheduling candidates and monitoring deadlines
- Acting as a point of contact for candidates and stakeholders
- Conducting CV screenings for candidates
- Preparing templates and documents
- Performing quality controls in compliance with legal regulations
- Preparing collaboration proposals and invoices
- Sending out and following up on satisfaction surveys

Profile:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities and mastery of the Dutch language
- Precise and Quality-focused
- Enthusiastic and dynamic
- Striving for continuous process improvement
- Experience in supporting selection procedures and HR processes is a plus

You have a proactive attitude and contribute to our organization's success through smooth, structured execution of HR processes. This position will be based at our office in Vilvoorde, with the possibility of remote work after the training period.
