Mainly active in Belgium, we are right now scaling our activities to new markets.

Tasks

We attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers and users. Therefore, we are strengthening our Customer Success team with a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Specialist.

You are the control tower of the company, supporting new customers and helping them to take Shyfter to the "Next level" in HR planning and management.

You are the "key of success" of our help desk, through your follow-up and commitment to making it more efficient by creating guides, tutorials and videos.

Requirements:

You have a singular affinity for the digital sector and the ultraactive dynamics of startups
You have a passion for customer contact, care about customer satisfaction and have a real sense of service
You are vibrant, dynamic, positive and qualityoriented
You are motivated by new challenges and are willing to learn
You are autonomous in your work and have a strong team spirit
You are fluent in Dutch and English
You have flawless spelling (tools exist : ))
Previous experience in training and/or support is a plus
Knowledge of HR is a plus but not required
