SAP Incident Manager ad interim (M/F/x) for a 9 months assignment.
Brussels region.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Follow-up of all the incidents detected
- Report frequent progress overview
- Improvement of the resolution process and the communication between the different teams
- Put in place the local organization that allows correct defect resolution
SAP Incident Manager include:
- SAP 4/Hana knowledge
- ERP knowledge
- Languages: English (French is a plus)
