Job Purpose and Impact:

Key Accountabilities:

In collaboration with the Marketing Manager Decorations, codevelop digital marketing plans for Leman and Smet and manage the social media platforms of Leman
Identify and execute best practices related to user experience design, search engine optimization, accessibility and other digital standards for all gourmet owned websites
Adhere to company standards and best practices while providing reporting and analytics providing insights for business strategy
Monitor a central inbox for requests related to the Leman website and webshop, update the website with seasonal catalogues, articles, references and images
Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Good understanding of communications channels and content management.
Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in using digital communications platforms such Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle Webcenter Sites, Modern SharePoint, Poppulo, ExactTarget
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing metrics
Experience as part of a digital marketing team within a corporation or as part of an agency
A flair for content development and target audience insight generation
Dutch/French speaker
Ability to collaborate with and guide a graphic team on content/material development
