Description:

We are looking for a CISO/security architect to guide us in reforming our security organization (today too centralized and too focused on IT, while the landscape is very much in flux).

High level will start with defining the new security organization (people/structures/processes/resources/...), after which we will go to the market -in accordance with public procurement legislation
- to strengthen ourselves with external expertise.

In order to achieve this, we need to put specifications on the market (which is also a main task of this role) in order to find the right company or companies to fill our needs.

In addition (and until the tender is awarded) this role will have the official designation of CISO.

The following competencies must be strongly present in the profile we are looking for:

Project management skills
Policy/guidance/strategy/plan/followup
Preparation of roadmaps/milestones and calculation of estimates
Experience in writing specifications (in accordance with public procurement legislation)

CISO skills:

Identifying security organization and drawing up a policy plan with corresponding timings and cost estimates
Formalization of the secruity organization, procedures, governance and the broad sense
Proven experience in preparation NISv
Knowledge of both IT and OT landscapes/challenges
Knowledge around GDPR (data protection policy plan)
