***We are seeking a result - driven Procurement Manager for being in charge of indirect procurement suppliers management in our business unit, while contributing to projects in the for the procurement of equipment's, materials, contractors in industrial environments focused on Life Science industry.

Maintaining the relationships with vendors and suppliers in our company, also performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and costeffective for our Business Unit (Life Science) and also help to develop procurement and price database for project modeling (link to parametric master planning and project estimation)
Strong capabilities negotiating with suppliers to secure advantageous terms to Group IPS.
Manager purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services, also controlling the procurement budget.
Preparing procurement reports.
Lead the creation of a supplier database and ensure constant contact to facilitate tender, lead the followup of project purchases: project purchasing strategy, preselection of suppliers, division of

purchases into coherent lots, establishment and maintenance of procurement plans, taking into account

purchases made directly and those made by partners.

Ensure compliance with defined purchasing procedures, whether in the case of direct purchases or supervision of purchases conducted by other Business Unit members.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
Master of Science in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering MBA would be a plus
Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, and/or Envision.
Knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
Highly organized and detailoriented.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be a plus
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Procurement Manager (Life science industry experiences it would be an asset)
Fluency in Dutch French and English is mandatory. Ability to speak another European language is an advantage
