Limited contrat on external budget, part-time (50%), for a 1 year

Context / Mission

The Charles De Visscher Center for International and European Law recruits one part-time (50%) coordinator of the new online LL.M.

in International Law (University Certificate).

Activities

Coordinating the LL.M. in International Law;
Providing assistance to the LL.M students, notably

ensuring the cohesion of the LL.M. students as a group by interacting with them and by making them to interact remotely

answering questions raised by the students

circulating the information among the students;

Providing assistance to the teachers of the LL.M., notably,

taking part to the updating of the MOOCs

coordinating the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the « live sessions » with the teachers (videos, lectures, etc.)

taking part to the supervision of the « research papers » in coordination with the research team responsible for such works

taking part to the preparation, coordination and correction of the exams on the "live sessions" (January and June);

Updating and completing the LL.M. website;
Taking part to the promotion of the LL.M.;
Potentially: preparing and supervising a oneweek journey of the students at UCLouvain (end of September)

Qualifications and skills

Holding a master's degree in law, with a specialization in one or several field(s) in International Law;
Being fluent in English (oral, writing and reading skills);
Holding a LL.M. in International Law or any other specialized master's degree in International Law is not required but is an advantage.
