- Manage the ISO 9001:2015 QMS = Ensure compliance with the standard by maintaining the QMS document library, policy and handbook; scheduling and performing internal audits with trained auditors and following up on corrective actions and improvement suggestions; perform the management reviews; and complete external certification and surveillance audits.
- Manage the ISO 14001:2015 EMS = Ensure compliance with the standard by completing external certification and surveillance audits; follow up on corrective actions and improvement suggestions; perform the management reviews; work to meet the environmental commitments of the ESG committee; and work to meet the environmental mission of the EHS group.
- QMS & EMS: Plan and Organize the External Certification or Surveillance Audits as the PoC of the External Certification Company, and share the report with a focus on the critical aspects
- QMS: Maintain a trained pool of auditors in coordination with the Energy Solutions Business Line (for the EMS we are using the SIPP Corporate resources)
- QMS & EMS: Participate to Client audits, present the system features, and answer to all question with a focus on our system highlights
- QMS & EMS: Plan and Organize Internal Audits with the management, plan the internal auditors duties, and share the report with a focus on the critical aspects
- QMS & EMS: Plan and Organize the yearly Management Reviews in close coordination with the Business Line President and Management, coordinate the meetings, write the report and share all conclusions and decision with the management.
- QMS & EMS: Follow-up all improvement and corrective actions as well as transverse improvement projects
- QMS & EMS: Maintain the system SharePoint library both in terms of content (in close coordination with all stakeholders) and site structure EMS: Ensure that our environmental requirements are communicated to internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers)
- EMS: Integrate in the system the environmental commitments and missions of the ESG Committee (in coordination with the ESG Business Officer) as well as of the HSE Corporate.
