Talented Trilingual Legal Assistant for international company


Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Agenda management
  • Organising meetings (booking rooms, confirming dates and locations, distributing agendas, preparing material,)
  • Making travel arrangements (arranging train and flight tickets, hotel bookings, taxi reservations, car rentals, Visas, )
  • Typing and amending legal documents, handling layouts, etc.
  • Checking and processing timesheets, preparing invoices, liaising with Accounts Department
  • Preparing submissions
  • Copying documents
  • Proofreading documents
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Archiving documents (on paper + electronically), following up on files
  • Assisting with client queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Updating Partners' contact lists
  • Assisting with business development activities, e.g. the organisation of client lunches, etc.
  • Ensuring a smooth running of the office (e.g. assisting with a quick resolution of IT issues, ordering office supplies, etc.)

Required profile:


  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral and written).
  • Computer literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Formal administrative/secretarial qualification can be an asset
  • Ideally 2 to 3 years of working experience as a Management/Personal Assistant, previous experience in a legal environment can be a strong asset
  • Punctual and organised person who works with a lot of eye for detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Reliable
  • Selfstarter with a proactive and serviceoriented attitude
