What we're looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Officer to join our marketing and communication team.

As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for organizing our external and internal events, providing support for various marketing activities, and maintaining a strong relationship with our internal customers.

You will work closely with the Brand & Experience Manager and Digital Marketeer to create and execute marketing plans to generate sales and Human Capital leads.

How you can add value

You will:

Work on an ambitious marketing plan with the goal of generating both Marketing Qualified sales and Human Capital leads by organizing external and internal events with accompanying pre and post campaigns per event
Act as a sparring partner and a point of contact for our internal customers (unit leads, sales, and Human Capital colleagues)
Assist in preparing, planning, and coordinating all advertising, promotional, and commercial activities
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities in terms of costs/benefits and identify areas for optimization
Provide content support for marketing materials (brochures, product specifications, press releases, mailings, etc.) and optimize the website
Coordinate and monitor collaboration with external marketing/communication agencies, printers, and other communicationrelated material & product suppliers, and ensure quality control
Maintain knowledge and technical skills in the field of marketing
Have the opportunity to develop yourself within an ambitious young team with a strong drive to succeed

Requirements:

**Who you are

You have a degree in marketing or a related field or similar through first work experience
You have a passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the development of our marketing story and department
You are enthusiastic, creative, and take initiative
You are flexible to support events and activities
You have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
You are eager to learn and have a teamoriented attitude
You speak Dutch or French and can express yourself fluently in English
