In their legal department, they are looking for new Senior Legal Counsel to work on a new and exciting project.


  • Identifying the Legal issues in all departments
  • Provide Legal guidance
  • Ensuring Conformity and the review of Laws, Policies, Regulations and Procedures
  • Verfication of Operational Transparency
  • Necessary Governance Requirements

Your Profile:


  • Master Degree
  • You have a relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Law
  • You are a Teamplayer
  • You are aware of Details
  • You are Proactive and always think ahead
  • You are willing to take new challenges and you are not afraid to go out of your comfort zone
  • You are a Problemsolver with analytical skills
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
