Job description:


As Sales Project Coordinator, you are the vital link between the customer, sales, the production team, the design department and the technical office.

You will register incoming orders in the ERP system and follow up to ensure smooth delivery to the customer.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating the project from customer request to final delivery;
  • Registering orders based on the quotation;
  • Following up progress of order;
  • Handling customer queries or problems;
  • Invoicing of shipped orders.
