Are you looking for a new challenge with lots of contacts (B2B), administration, and where you will develop your commercial skills?

Become our new Front Office Manager and make part of a young and dynamic company.

Long experience is not required but very good linguistic (EN/FR/NL), administrative and interpersonal skills are a MUST.

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible of your center, and take care of the opening and closing.

You work independently, but enjoy having a lots of contacts with your customers.

As (Front) Office Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • welcoming customers, visitors and suppliers (EN/NL/FR),
- oversee daily office operations and gives reports to the management
- answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary (EN/NL/FR),
- sorting and distributing incoming mails / packages,
- handling outgoing mails / packages ,
- managing several administrative duties (input, filing, client files, check-in& check-out ),
- managing meeting rooms (offers, preparing the MR, ordering lunch,),
- managing the requests and coordinating the events requests,
- managing the reservations of the Workero's clients (sister company), handling the check-in/out, daily operations duties, input of the costs in the system,
- prepare new client' s offices and provide full administrative follow-up
- handling the requests, problems, complaints,
- daily check of the common areas and stock management
- in case of unannounced visits, you are able to explain our products and services in a commercial way (EN, NL, FR)


A word about your work environment:
In a pleasant and dynamic work environment in the real estate sector, you work independently (
alone) but you have regular contacts with clients, colleagues, accountancy department

You sit at the reception but your responsibilities go beyond simple reception duties as explained here above. You are a pillar within the company and the face of our clients

You work from Monday to Friday (no home working) under a day shift.
