your role:

You translate the client project owner's needs into an architectural solution. At both internal and external meetings you can reliably use this fully developed design to convince others of your ideas and perspectives.
Preliminary studies like stability, technologies and fire safety can be incorporated in good time because you steer the design process in the right direction. Once construction is under way on the project, you monitor the aesthetic aspects of the design in consultation with the project architect.
For major designs you supervise a team; you can handle smaller projects alone (including standardisation and creating design drawings).

your profile:

You have a degree in architecture or architectural engineering and a good portfolio representing at least five years
These qualities characterise you: creative, abstract thinker, gogetter, team player, high levels of initiative.
You are interested in working at different scales and have a basic familiarity with Revit or the willingness to invest in it.
Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of French.
