Our client is a fast-growing company active in the
Telecom sector.

Function of a
Finance Specialist:
In this function you will
work in close collaboration with other Finance or Support departments.

You will support one CVP Head-of (member of the ESP staff), as a partner, through the full financial cycle of the CVP.

As Finance Specialist, you will report to the Finance Manager "ESP"

Responsibilities:

Together with your business counterpart, you are
responsible for the CVP forecasting process including 5year plan, budget as well as monthly and quarterly budget reviews of revenues, direct margin and the operational drivers.
You will
challenge and consolidate the figures and present the proposal to the EBU FIN and Business directors.
You are in charge of
reporting on a monthly basis the main variances versus plan and last year and you will have to make
monthly projections of risk and opportunities versus last forecast exercise.
You will also be asked to
support and follow up on potential action plans.
By using your excellent communication and writing skills,
you challenge performance improvement by
preparing the finance opinion on complex business/customer cases to be submitted to the EBU Management and/or the Executive Committee for approval (new products, pricing files,)

The required
profile for the
Finance Specialist position:

You obtained a
university degree supplemented with at least 3 years of experience;

- you can express yourself fluently in
French, Dutch and English (oral and writing);

You have
excellent presentation skills;
You are
well organized and can work within short deadlines;
You have a
resultsoriented and
analytic mindset and you can cope with stress;
You are a good team player with
excellent communication skills;
You are
proactive, assertive and diplomatic.
