As an Information Security Officer(ISMS) (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the implementation,support and documentation of our information security managementsystems (ISMS) in collaboration with the ISO.

We, SySS GmbH, are an IT service company with a focus on ITsecurity testing. Founded in 1998, we are now the market leader inthe field of penetration testing and employ a team of around 170people at four locations in Tübingen, Frankfurt am Main, Munich andVienna. Our work focuses on hacking web applications and ITinfrastructures of well-known customers of all sizes andindustries, many of whom we have been advising for many years.

YOUR TASKS WITH US

• Responsible for the implementation, support anddocumentation of our information security management systems (ISMS)in cooperation with the ISO
• Coordination andexpansion of our certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, TISAX, BSI basicprotection, BSI pentesting, etc.), ensuring recertification andparticipation in audits
• Central contactperson for the ISMS internally and externally
• Preparation of information security reports andcommunication with the Information Security Officer (ISO)
• Supporting the specialist departments inprojects relating to information security issues
• Conception, planning and implementation of training foremployees in the area of information security

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informaticswith at least two years of professional experience
• Initial knowledge of ISMS, information security and riskmanagement
• Good knowledge of at least onecertification, e.g. ISO 27001
• Process-oriented mindset and independent, structured and carefulway of working
• High quality orientation andsolution-oriented work
• Enjoy communicationand cross-departmental collaboration
• Interest in setting up structures in SySS and developing pragmaticsolutions
• Very good knowledge of German andgood knowledge of English
