    Plant Manager Greenfield - Antwerpen - Chemical Recycling

    • Als Plant Manager van de gloednieuwe plant in Antwerpen zal je de eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het operationele beheer van de fabriek vanaf de commissioning fase.
    • Je zal zelf vormgeven aan de processen en procedures om te voldoen aan de productiedoelstellingen, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
    • Je bouwt alle teams from scratch Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het effectief beheren van het personeel, het toezicht houden op de dagelijkse activiteiten, het waarborgen van naleving van regelgeving en het implementeren van best practices voor operationele efficiëntie.
    • Je rapporteert aan de Managing Director.

    Plant Manager Greenfield - Antwerpen - Chemical Recycling

    • Je beschikt over een Master Mechanical Engineering of Chemical Engineering.
    • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
    • Plant/Operations Management ervaring.
    • Ervaring met greenfield projecten is een plus.
    • Je bent georganiseerd, analytisch en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
    • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
